After being tortured, he used his forced confession to relay to the ANC how to sabatoge the program - and it worked, key infrastructure was bombed while he was still in prison.

I learned a fun new French saying today: "ne pas casser trois pattes à un canard" (to not break three feet of a duck), meaning to be nothing out of the ordinary.
So random. It in fact breaks three feet of a duck 🤣
Although I don't know why anyone would want to break any ducks' legs! Leave the ducks and their legs alone, you monsters 😭

This blew my mind: Today I learned that planet Earth has a sea slug which can do photosynthesis like plants do.

🧵 un petit thread sur le féminisme et les mascus en Corée. C’est un #TIL parce que j’ai compris ça en remontant une info du jour (que je vous donnerai à la fin).
Je ne connais pas le sujet à fond, mais il me semble clair que le patriarcat est particulièrement pesant en Corée du Sud , avec des schémas sociaux étouffants, des stéréotypes très forts… Il suffit d’avoir regardé une série sentimentale coréenne (j’ai fait ça une fois sur Netflix) pour en être convaincu.
Réaction logique et libératrice : le développement d’un féminisme radical et provocateur. Même de loin, on les comprend, les meufs !
