I think Cadwallon was a translation of a French #ttrpg , but I cannot remember when and why I bought it, or whether there was anything unique about it.

I read parts of the Player's Handbook and liked the description of city parts, factions and individual NPCs. Can't remember anything about the rules, but my friend said that they were not particularly well organized. I also remember that my impression was that the book's index fell short, and I actually started a more detailed index. But I never finished the book (nor the index, obviously), and gave it away one or two years ago I think.
