Imagine you could go back into your life and change something. What an amazing possibility, and yet it would be a disaster waiting to happen using the technology that is developed in this book. This read was fascinating and mind-bending with some interesting twists. This is the kind of book I seek out and enjoy the most!
Interesting concepts about memory and time and how screwing around with both/either can have catastrophic consequences. I didn't think the world building or the characters were very well-developed, but it did make for an entertaining story.

The book starts out slow with a few cliches. I wasn't impressed. But that's all part of the plan; I'm glad I didn't give up.
The conceit of the story, recursion, is investigated completely and exhaustively to the point where you are completely exhausted and thrilled. Beautiful ending (It shouldn't be an epilogue though! Too necessary.).

The book started really boring. I've almost gave up, but once THE chair came, I can't stop listening to the book.

A really good read on a long flight. If you enjoy time travel, you'll enjoy this.
In our time, False Memory Syndrome is a mysterious affliction where people remember entire new lives that never happened but whose memories are so vivid, they mess up people's minds to the point of suicide. Researchers can't find a medical cause or explanation. From there, it gets super weird and intriguing even if the ending was a tad disappointing.

Fantastic book! It’s amazing how this author has used 2 different sources of reality for his first two books. And both of them great! I would argue there was some editing issues in this one. There was an obvious way for two people to retain both there memories but wasn’t used, and could have been simple in editing. Otherwise great book.
