Magnificient ending to the second Era, if not as epic as the ending of the first. Very powerful and full of emotion.

I like to read fantasy and sci-fi most of all. Big fan of Brandon. MTG Player and god knows I try to read the storyline.

Felt a bit shorter than the two previous, but was good nonetheless, even if it didn't quite have the same level. The ending felt a little empty to me, without sanderlanche.

Very very slow for a start. Almost nothing happens, and seems like Robert wanted to create the fellowship of the ring 2.
I may be biased in that I expected so much more of this book, I expect the next ones will be much better

Although a great book of his time, reading it now it just seems like another one of the "cool boy with magic" trend. Its sometimes hard to forget that this book was basically what started it all. It has a hint of anime with the school setting by the way.
You might or might not like this, but is a must read for everyone.
