Just checked some chapters I'm interested in, and found them not as informative as I hoped... whole paragraphs after paragraphs mentioning the West's military help to the sovier war effort...

I'm still eager to get Stephen Kotkin's Stalin Volume 3... I think I'll get that the same day it's released.
