Took a while working on it on and off, but finally got through both implementations of the toy language Lox. Definitely recommended if you want a ~~relatively~~ easy to follow introduction to writing interpreters/programming languages with a lot of example code.

An interesting look into how the purveyors of the crypto hype bubble work(ed). An impressive cast of zany real-life characters that all seem to take themselves too seriously. Recommended if you like seeing crytobros made fun of.

emerald commented on The Revenge of Analog by David Sax
So far I'm a little disappointed purely because of how capitalist the perspective of this book is. I can't say I'm surprised I guess, though I was hoping for a more sociological examination of why people seem to be going back to more analog things like vinyl records. Instead the author seems much more interested in how that shift is enabling businesses to make money in more "traditional" markets, which in my opinion is much less interesting.
