I appreciated Duggan's complex critique--not only neoliberals but the "progressives" who have been depoliticized by neoliberals and the leftists who think "class comes first, sweetie."

The first installment in this semester's reading list. The chapter on gay neoliberals and homonormativity, "Equality, Inc.," will be useful for my thesis.
