An author is on a tour through europe promoting her novel. She meets writers, literary agents, journalists, and other people, and talks to them – but it seems that she is a very good listener, so even in the interviews of her the interviewers talk about themselves and tell their stories and their thoughts about life and art.

It's the third of a trilogy, but I didn't read the two predecessors yet...

In the first half, there seems to be a underlying theme of neurodiversity which sadly disappears in the second half. I would have loved to in the end have her revealed as neurodiverse – maybe it is too subtle and I just didn't notice it. I found the ending not as good as the person who wrote the blurb.

Liest sich sehr angenehm, sehr schnell, und ist äußerst unterhaltsam und interessant. Eine Sammlung von drei Essays, von dem nur die ersten beiden wirklich um Verschwörungen gehen, aber der dritte passt trotzdem sehr gut hinein; da geht es um veraltete Astronomien und Geographien. Eco kann halt auch wahnsinnig gut schreiben, es ist wirklich ein Genuss. Würde sogar wieder lesen.

Alexia paga al exnovio de Elena, que está muriendo de leucemia, para que él la haga compañía. Los tres se cuentan sus historias de vida matrimonial y extramatrimonial. Hay algunos muy buenos vuelcos inesperados de la trama.

Primero no me gustaba este libro, pero después de cien páginas me agarró y me gustó mucho. La mayoría del trazado se devuelve en retrospectivas, pero esas no son aburridas. También me gusta que no 'los buenos', la gente que tiene razón y hace todo correctamente. ¡Era un placer leerlo!
