I can't believe I had to import this from Open Library as it's going to be turned into a series starring Hugh Laurie soon. A friend motivated me to start it because we have two common friends who also studied at Penn and they might have been at the excavation that's the model for this book. I'm not sure I'll manage to finish it. Plenty of eye-rolling and question marks for me so far.
