I've been aware of the concept for some years now but this is my first time actually reading (or rather listening to) this book and the practices from beginning to end.

While I feel the need to point out I don't necessarily agree with all of it, for one I think intuitive eating as a concept can be particularly difficult for neurodivergent people (part of a larger conversation), and that I feel I would have benefited more from this when I was younger and still deeply entrenched in diet culture, I still appreciate the idea of intuitive eating and definitely have a few positive takeaways.

I recommend it for people who are still stuck in the hopeless cycle of yo-yo dieting as part of a larger anti-diet education.
