I'm always partial to a protagonist with a flat affect and Yumellia delivers. Same with absurdly overpowered characters. Villainess level 99 has a nice balance of comedy and slowly building friendships and romance with an oblivious mc.

pretty cheesy in a way that makes me smile. there's very little excess embellishment or filler, making every chapter feel worth reading as it pushes the story forward or teaches you new things about the characters (yes I know this should be the norm but it is absolutely not).

Fun story with actually engaging political machinations for once. I like the protagonist a lot and I find the various family dynamics she's got going interesting.

Villainess x Demon Lord stories are rarely a miss tbh and this one is no exception. Very cute story with charming characters.

One of those stories that starts off kind of lighthearted before spiraling. I enjoyed reading it overall, the leads have good chemistry and realistic feeling mundane relationship troubles. The writing style is also nice.

The first 'villainess' story I ever read and a classic. Love a competent fl and a series that goes into unessasary amounts of detail about logistics. Extremely predictable plot, even if you're not a villainess regular but the execution pulls it off well enough anyway.

One of my fav low stress villainess comedy series. Mia is such a funny character, and I love how everyone constantly misunderstands her.

This is the series I come back to every time I get sick of shallowly written evil heroines pitted against the fl for no real reason. I love both of them in this series & their dynamic. The writing is not great though and it's painfully clear cliffhangers are the #1 priority.

Another calm & sweet slow romance. The leads get along right away and work together to build a relationship with minimal obstacles.

School setting with a very quick turnaround rivals to lovers with a sprinkling of recovering from a relationship with a controlling fiancé who destroyed the fl's sense of identity & social life and is doing the same to his new lover. Cute!

Comedy series with a great premise and decent execution. Love the lead's go with the flow attitude that has him just be fine with the whole situation. The mirroring between polite office culture and roundabout noble speech is a fun theme.

It's ok. Maybe I'm just too picky with lesbian stories. The romance is a miss. Things I like: mostly told from the perspective from the non-isekaied character, fun bits of worldbuilding, the isekaied girl not being able to use magic and getting really into studying ways to make it more accessible.

Fun and lighthearted. Good if you're in the mood for something with not a lot of depth or are a new reader to this type of story.

Solid but not outstanding, though it has been a while since I read it. Will re-read one day and potentially bump my rating up! I do enjoy a competent & confident Fl.
