It's been 3 months we started with the simplicity of the cold shower at the end of the normal one. We are getting used to it. I tried once the breathing exercise at the swimming pool to see how long I could stay underwater, it's impressive (while having already done a free-diving week training in the ocean).
So simple, and starts to be effective. I started those cold shower with my wife while she was reading the book. I read it after and can say I'm already hooked to the cold shower ritual, feeling so much better.

Might be timing, but I was ready to receive this. Love the message and the practice so far, though I have limited access to the cold at the moment.
