A good read and an interesting story line. The three main characters are intriguing as well as sympathetic in the reality of how they are portrayed. Each of them are deep characters whose flaws only makes them more real. I did truly enjoy this book but the cliffhanger at the end left me wanting. I know it was written in the anticipation of a follow-on novel, but it never actually completed the story arc. The last 40 or so pages ran at such a different pace than the rest of the book, I felt the author was just trying to get to a decent breaking point.
