5 stars

Is it heresy to say that this is probably my favorite installment in the Stormlight series so far? Cosmere revelations are always nice. So now, after the 16 shards of Adonalsium, we have the 4 Dawnshards. Well, there's one in this novel, with more questions attached than revelations.
The writing seems a bit harsh, speedy. But looking back, there is also not much happening. Maybe that's because many characters are introduced in other books. That would kickstart the storytelling. There is not much recap too.
Good read. I wanted to get to it before Stormlight Archive 4. I'm still a bit lost by some details because I haven't read from this series since some time.
