I came in a skeptic, but I found this book very insightful and potent. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it helped me not only in business contexts, which is what I picked it up for, but also in personal relationships. While some of the ideas presented in the book I've sort of intuitively figured out for myself, it was very useful to see them all laid out in an organized manner, and the book also helped me fill in several gaps that where left.

The only flaw I found in the book is their constant insistence on relying on childhood trauma as explanations for pretty much anything. The "backstory" explanation for any behaviour always has to do with what happened to the person in the example when they were children. This sort of pop psychology undermined the message of the book for me, to some extent.
