Good read--a thriller that incorporates suspense and plotline twists and good vs evil. Not entirely believable, as many thrillers are, but if you're into the thriller genre you'll enjoy it.

Review of 'The Book of the Dead' on 'Goodreads'

This book's plot featured one of my main interests--Egyptology. Though I'm not a serious archaeologist--actually, i odn't really know much about archaeology or history in general--i do love to read books and watch documentaries about ancient Egyptians and their beliefs, religion, daily life, etc. Not only did this book scare the pants off me at a few points, i'm totally baffled that I didn't predict that Constance would become pregnant. i suppose I was so caught up with the chase between her and Diogenes, that i never even stopped to consider she'd get pregnant. Pherhaps that's just what the authors intended.

I can't wait to start the next book in the series. This is my first time reading it, and i've cruised pretty fast through each book, though I've taken breaks in between to read other things. The next time i read it through, i'll saver the stories, but for …
