I bought this book when it first released a decade ago and only made it a chapter or two in.. I used to read all of Palahniuk's books, but couldn't get in to Tell All, and I think this followed right after, and I haven't touched any of his books since.. So this will be an adventure.

I started this after a binge/hyper-focus on the Universal Monsters franchise, and particularly enjoyed the Frankenstein movies. The book is (literally) an entirely different monster. Surprisingly little of what is in the movies are in this book. I very much do not regret picking it up.
