Just like one of the main characters, Keita Mori, this book is quirky and surprising. I loved the way the author, Natasha Pulley, kept me guessing, right up to the end. This is a cosy book with vivid descriptions. I particularly liked the use of colour and light, and how this contrasted with all the clockwork automatons. This was a thrilling read.
