Firstly, Lori Prince is an excellent narrator and it’s thanks to her that I finished this book.

Seven years ago or so, I think I would have enjoyed this quite a lot—the premise is cute, the MC is a powerbottom in a power suit... whew hot

But I don’t enjoy the commitment-phobic love interest trope so I should have known that reading an entire book of the MC pining for her love interest would not be my cup of tea. PINING until the very last two chapters for someone who just doesn’t “do” relationships.

sigh I’m not sure how to rate this.
