Mindfire is a collection of essays by Scott Berkun. Overall it's a pretty light read that will have something for every one, but may be a little too general to really catch your attention.

Some of the essays resonated with me (like the ones in bullshit detection and mistakes), others not so much (for instance, the ones on creativity)
