This book was not as good as some others by Ms. Craig. I did find the protagonist a little annoying, and definitely reminding me of Agatha Raisin, a fictional sleuth that I don't like. I'm willing to read a second one in this series to see if I like it better. If you also didn't like this one, I recommend the series she writes about the librarian.
