Absolutely recommend this, especially the audiobook narrated by Isabella Star LaBlanc. I learned so, so, so much about Anishinaabe culture, something I knew next to nothing about before.
I wish, with all my heart, that there were books like this about southern African peoples. (Unfortunately, these are not my stories to tell)
