The artwork was really nice. I didn't expect it for a shojo. The characters were definitely "wooden" as some others have said. Everything was really rushed, so there wasn't room for character growth. But I love the concept. I really do know what happened to Zen, but, eh. I don't think I'll be buying the second volume.
