Fascinating explanation of Netflix's guiding and operating principles. I found myself simultaneously wishing I worked there and wondering if I were talented enough to do so. I also found myself wondering how they allowed "Cuties" to air -- admittedly, I haven't seen it, so maybe I'm misjudging it. Would be interesting to read a followup discussion about how the "No Rules Rules" led to that decision.
