This book is a user friendly, jargon free, philosophical backdrop to 21st century management trends. It tends to be abstract though, occasionally to the extent of not being applicable to real world situations. I found much of the material on risk management to be that way - too high level to actually be meaningful.

Overall, however, this was an excellent read.
