Not a lot of originality in this book. And I guess YA for some authors means that sections of chapters are 3 to 5 paragraphs long? The end was a watered-down torture gauntlet that, even in the world built for this story, was completely unrealistic--besides dragging on for FAR too long. Overall, this book is the definition of "meh."
