It's a good anthology of stories involving Section 9 characters working on cases. Where the 2nd graphical novel felt like a overly horny fanfic around the Major, this one feels more in the style of the original. If you are a fan of the original Graphic Novel, this is more of that

Jef Geeraerts begeeft zich in het drukke vaarwater van de Amerikaanse crime thriller, maar dan met 2 Antwerpse dedectieves die wat aanwezig zijn. Het gekende oog voor detail en realisme van de andere Vincke & Verstuyft boeken komt ook hier weer aan bot maar komt minder tot zijn recht in het Amerikaanse rechtsysteem. Vlotte lezer

The game has more depth than the book

I don't know if this was an issue with the translation. But the book felt like it was trying to convey some interesting takes on post apocalyptic (and contemporary) society but fell flat i n doing so. Narratively it is Artiom through the rabbit hole where the story feels more like a series of weard and wacky encounters than a consistent story. Again this might be due to translation errors but my Russian is not good enough to compare. Not my favourite but I read worse.
