Interesting and highly readable account of the Ted Bundy story from a true crime writer who actually worked with him at a suicide helpline and was friends with the guy. I suppose he was the prototype of a sociopath, and I don't even want to imagine what kind of media attention he would receive today, if he had been caught in 2019 and not 1979.

Needless to say, this guy was a sick fuck, and I need to step back from reading true crime about serial killers before I burn down patriarchy that creates such monsters.
