I have now finished reading the actual Gospel of Judas, let the reading of the analysis begin! I have a feeling this may lead me to pick up some other similarly translated and annotated Gospels according to the other disciples. It's interesting to me both that this is the first Christian source text I've read, and it actively warns me away from the other disciples only a few generations after the events recorded. Interesting implications, looking forward to the analysis
