Cozy, fun, and full of twists!

Goodness! It has been a long time since I read a nice cozy mystery that had so many elements that I was baffled the entire time! Definately worth your time, and absolutely recommended.

This book has really showed the forgiveness of Christ Jesus. I loved how each character either taught about the love of Christ in an inspiring way, or discovered His love in a way that changed their lives forever.

Following Priscilla and the people whom she helps and encourages is truly inspiring. I loved the personal growth and the spiritual growth she, and others, went through. It all showed that their is no one too far gone for God to forgive.

This was a quick read that I really enjoyed. The plot twist was unexpected, and the ending was pretty good. Following murders from the eyes of someone who helped find the victims, but didn't take part in the actual killing was new for me. Overall, I would definately recommend this.

Tj Bennet, you have definately captured my attention, and I love the idea of spinning tales out of history. Thank you for the 5 hours of happiness. I hope that I will read more of your work in the future.

Everything has been revealed! Or has it? There are still more secrets to uncover and the gods are still scheming and warring, what is going to happen next?...

I really enjoyed the gods and their games in this book; I also enjoyed Leda and Nero being “enemies” and Colonel Fireswift (always have to look at his name to remember it, too many things go with fire) actually working with Pandora, the undignified street urchin. But most of all, I loved discovering each god's secrets and seeing how it all connected.

Leda's father wasn't surprising, yet interesting. Her mother still hasn't made a scene, though we do know her name now. We also learned a bit more of how Leda's magic works; how different it is for the others and how much of a weapon she is.

The book left off with a cliffhanger (unsurprisingly), and another mystery that questions Nero's …

I love crazy, sarcastic, women who are determined! Probably my favorite character types ever! And Leda Pierce does not disappoint, nah uh.

There was something about the book that seemed a little... off, but I'm not sure what. I'm talking about the way it was written off, like it was a bit cliche or something, IDK. I did see a few comments that were talking about how the characters were weak or a ripoff of the Guild Hunter series, but I didn't pay much attention to that in the book. I just wanted a fun read that kept my attention and this one did so that's that. Other than that, I can't wait to see what's going to happen!

P.S. I did read the book descriptions for most if the series (yup, I do that sometimes) so I do know where some of this is going; but I don't know …

All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a Thousand Enemies, I thought, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning.

I... Wow... I can't express everything want to say about this book. At first, it was this depressing sort of reality that spoke to me on deep levels. Then, it was this hopeless reality that tried desperately to shine a little light. Lastly, it was a reality that showed you that no matter the struggles or the pain you went through, you can always find a way to press through and find hope in the darkest worlds.

Alexandra Bracken, you have reminded me of a simple truth that …

To say that this book kept me up late at night reading would be an understatement. I was so entranced that I didn't even stop to update my progress here XD. I loved! I can't wait to get my hands on books 4, 5, and 6!
