A friend who recently recovered from an injury just did a bit of running! And unfortunately, their personal data trackers have duplicated the data unhelpfully.

One is a smart wearable, a bracelet or watch or something, that they use to track heartrate. One is Strava (on their phone?) that helps them track distance, speed &tc.

They both reported, so now the canonical data repository thinks my friend did TWO runs.

New Yorkers don't know where our nearest automated external defibrillators (AEDs) are, so when someone has a heart attack, more people die.

A City Council bill, Intro 814, a.k.a. The HEART (Harihareswara Expand Access to Rapid Treatment) Act, would change that.
