Review of 'Dune' on 'Storygraph'

As with the previous book in this trilogy, it's a nice romp in the Dune universe and fills in some history of legends mentions in Frank Herbert's original books. But, it is not as good as the originals, and I'm not sure I should expect any of these ones by his son and Kevin J. Anderson to meet that expectation. Some sections of the book drag a bit and make it difficult to get through.
