Fantastic look at Automattic, Wordpress, remote work, 21st century work styles, software development, and the passion of creatives. Maybe you'd have to be in the business of software development to LOVE it, but I think most audiences would like or even love this book for its insights into how software is made, how passionate the makers of software are about their craft, how work in the 21st century can be done differently, and how important team dynamics are to productivity.
Automattic should use this book as a recruiting pamphlet!
