Same stories, new insights

As a Christian, I've read these parables many times and heard various takes from preachers. I enjoyed learning a "fresh" perspective on them—fresh to me, but possibly closer to how the original audience reacted to the stories. Also, I was dismayed to learn the ways the parables have been used over the centuries by antisemites.
