This Way Up

This book by Mark Cooper-Jones and Joe Foreman (the "Map Men") is some sort of a printed version of their Youtube channel, where they present different fun facts about maps. Sometimes the new format works quite well, in some instances the transition away from video format is not working completly - at least for me. Overall it is enjoyable, especially if you like the Map Men already.

This book does almost exactly what you think it does: Fun facts about fun maps explained in fun, sometimes gimmicky ways. Overall it's nothing more than expected but also nothing less. So if you like Map Men you'll probably like this book
