PeterB reviewed De krochten van het heelal by Vernor Vinge (Meulenhoff-M science fiction -- SF 361)
Review of 'De krochten van het heelal' on 'Goodreads'
5 stars
The one thing that stuck with me is how Vinge manages to give you an idea of how time would work when travelling in a universe. I haven't seen many books that capture this so well. Arranging a meeting 1000 years ahead of time, why not?
This is only a small part of the story, but it's one of the many small things in this book that really captured my imagination. That and the Internet of Things. In 2000!
(BTW I read the Dutch version on Meulenhoff-*M)
