An unknown masterpiece of science fiction. At first, it might be challenging to read, as the narrative is set from within the world, there is no explanation for the out-of-the-world reader. I loved how I had to crack the behaviour of the robots analogue to the way they are cracking the mysteries of reality around them. It is a book full of surprises, original literary and fictional ideas, rich world building, and artful, quality prose.
