As I am sure you will be able to tell from this book's detailed synopsis, Vegan Pasta Night is practically an encyclopedia of delicious Italian cuisine, with each recipe veganised so vegans need no longer have even the tiniest sense of missing out when it comes to their favourite pasta meals. Brianna Claxton covers all the Italian pasta dishes I had ever heard of and adds lots more that were new to me too. Each one is illustrated with gorgeous photography that makes choosing where to start the most difficult thing about this book!

I attempted several of the simpler recipes over the past couple of weeks with a high success level and, although some are perhaps more time consuming than many people could warrant on a day-to-day basis, they make for amazing presentation meals.
