Je ne l'ai pas entièrement fini mais ce livre est suffisamment convaincant sur le sujet. En bref, ne laissez pas s'étendre les comportements toxique, même d'un individu, dans un espace de travail, au risque de voir tout l'environnement pourrir. J'en ai fait l'amer expérience.
