I first read this book in 2016 and remember enjoying it, but planned to reread it in 2021 for Jae’s Sapphic Reading Challenge.
fucking hell! This book is just SO good. If you like a deeply angst and grief-driven storyline and are interested in a slow burn but inevitable connection... this is the book for you.
Harper Bliss has completely nailed it with this one—Dolores and Sophie are an iconic May-December couple with almost unbearable chemistry and way the story unfolds is never formulaic. I have already enjoyed this book before and was still on bated breath as I kept reading to find out what would happen next. Sigh perfect
