Rob Warner reviewed The Litigators by John Grisham
Review of 'The Litigators' on 'Goodreads'
4 stars
You know the story before you read it: Callow lawyer gets fed up with the grueling grind and insane hours of corporate law, turns his back on it, goes through rough patches, maintains his integrity and even nobility, and then everything turns out beautifully in the end. He's written it many times. It's his own story. It should probably be boring by now, except it's not. Grisham can suck you in and spin a yarn that's fun and believable. It won't change your life or make you a better person or provide you any insights, but you'll just keep turning the pages and reading the tale until the last page.
