Rob Warner reviewed Sex on the Moon by Ben Mezrich
Review of 'Sex on the Moon' on 'Goodreads'
4 stars
Yes, I wish we heard from other perspectives beyond Roberts', but Mezrich spins a truly entertaining tale that takes on the fantasy-land thought process of Thad Roberts. This book is a cautionary tale of the perils of deception, showing off, risking everything for a girl, and thinking yourself above consequences. I think Mezrich doesn't so much try to make the reader sympathetic toward Roberts, as other reviewers claim, but really give a feel about how clueless and self-absorbed Roberts is. In the end, we read quite an adventure about a deluded soul who permanently squandered amazing opportunities to try to impress.
