If you like spy books and technology books, you will enjoy Operation Hail Storm. The story is topical, and shows off some great technology taken to its logical end in the world of Spy Thrillers. It is a bit obvious that this is the first in a series, as the is a lot of background and setup to get you invested in the characters. I did find that the thrill part was a bit less thrilling, in the sense that the team of technology geniuses always seemed to solve the problem. I was hoping for a few failures or false starts, to keep me on the edge of my seat.
Overall a really good read, and I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
