Review of 'The bone season' on 'Goodreads'

Meh. I like the alternate world she's built, but the reading level and character development seem to hover around a 10 yr old's comprehension. If this was written for young adults (maybe it was, I haven't checked), then perfect. This is not a bitter two-star review, I just hoped for more layers considering how much this was marketed. Good candy, if you're not looking for anything deep.
