ANY HUMAN HEART is an ambitious, all-encompassing novel. Through the intimate journals of Logan Mounstuart we travel from Uruguay to Oxford, on to Paris, the Bahamas, New York and West Africa, and meet his three wives, his family, his friends and colleagues, his rivals, enemies and lovers, including notables such as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Ernest Hemingway and Virginia Woolf.

Review of 'Any human heart' on 'Goodreads'

Didn't know what to think early on but in the end I thought this was great. The title couldn't be more appropriate. Truly profound. Also, the reader, Simon Vance, was absolutely brilliant. Must look for more books he's read.

Review of 'Any human heart' on 'Goodreads'

This is the third book by William Boyd I have read and I rate it right in the middle, better than Ordinary Thunderstorms, not as good as Restless. The reader's performance was very good. Probably not for everyone but good.
