Might rate 2.5. I have a long story behind my expectations for this book/series (with which I will not bore you). Long story short, I shouldn't be surprised that I was a little disappointed. It's a stretch to call this a mystery. The time line is weird. The author has Maisie tilt her head to encourage companions to spill their guts to her way too often. These are the irritants just off the top of my (un-tilted) head. I didn't hate it, but I can't recommend it.
