Trae reviewed You're Next by Gregg Andrew Hurwitz

A very interesting novel. I really like how Hurwitz is meticulous in keeping the characters true to themselves. He doesn't let them do things that you wouldn't logically think they would do. And even with that, they will still surprise you.
It was a little slow at the beginning. It had to setup a string of characters and the bulk of the first section is just that. It gets better as you go into it, and the back stories begin to be filtered into the rest of the flow--which works much better. I liked it enough to dig for more Hurwitz novels. I still think They're Watching is the better of the two, but this one is definitely awesome.
