Interesting "anthology" in a parallel world where super-powers infected the world starting in New-York.
Unfortunately, it is very US-centric, or rather US History concentrated. This goes from Witch-Hunt of communists to Civil Right movement and how it was changed by the Wild Cards virus. I guess most authors are US born and bred and assumes all their readers will be. I am sure I missed some references and points.
So yeah. It was ok.
