Fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the origins of Twitter. As other reviews point out, Bilton clearly had an agenda of casting saints and villains. Money and power do strange things to people. Still, seeing how Twitter took a simple idea and, in many ways, blundered its way to success was a great read. Of particular note was the reason for the TweetDeck purchase -- the clamping down on third-party tools became clearer.
