I loved the story.
Tana French writes some wonderful dialogue! I always enjoy her style, as a writer. The characters are real and the cultural backdrop is stimulating in an educational way, for some of us.
Faithful Place details the family background of Frank Mackey, the undercover agent who was an important background character in The Witch Elm. His dysfunctional family and the plot are compelling, but I was surprised at how easily it was to figure out who the guilty party was.
I'll stop there. This was an engaging read, and I will certainly continue to read Dublin Murder Squad books.

I listened to the Danish audio book version.
